What the service handles
MobileTracker360 processes account details, enrolled-device identifiers, device status and the categories of device activity enabled by the account holder. Depending on permissions and supported features, this can include location, calls, contacts, messages, activity records and uploaded media.
Why data is processed
Data is used to authenticate accounts and devices, operate the parental-control dashboard, synchronize supported information, secure the service, diagnose failures and prevent misuse.
Storage and access
Structured account and device information is stored in a protected database. Uploaded media is kept in private object storage. Access requires authentication or a short-lived authorized link. No system can guarantee absolute security, so account holders must protect their credentials and review enrolled devices regularly.
Responsible use
The account holder is responsible for having the legal authority to supervise an enrolled device and for providing notice or obtaining consent wherever required. Do not use the service for covert or unlawful surveillance.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service and may remain for a limited period in operational backups. Available dashboard controls can be used to remove devices and associated records. Additional retention details will be published as the service’s commercial and support processes are finalized.
Policy updates
This overview may change as features, providers and legal requirements evolve. Material revisions will be reflected by the date shown above.
