Authorized use only
MobileTracker360 is intended for lawful parental supervision and other situations where the account holder owns the device or has clear legal authority to monitor it. You must comply with all applicable notice, consent, privacy, employment and communications laws.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to stalk, harass, threaten, secretly monitor an adult, access a device without authorization, violate another person’s rights or facilitate any unlawful activity.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, the accuracy of information you provide, activity performed through your account, appropriate device permissions and removing access when supervision is no longer justified.
Service availability
Features can vary by device, Android version, permissions and network availability. The service may change, experience interruptions or require maintenance. Safety decisions should never depend solely on this software or replace emergency services.
Account action

Important review before commercial launch
These terms describe the current product rules but should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and updated with the operating company’s identity, governing law, support contact, billing terms and jurisdiction before accepting paid customers.
